I just came back from the cinema and thought that I really need to voice it out to everyone. Sumolah = perfect 10!! Why?

1. Great cast selection.
2. It’s not just the humour, the message of the movie was well-delivered.
3. Not like any other malay movies.
4. I love sushi!
5. Afdlin was half naked. Hehe.
6. Culture-educational. I learnt a bit more about the Japanese culture.
7. Promoted Sumo in a good way. I never understood the spirit of Sumo. Erm, not that I wana be a Sumo wrestler. Haha.
8. Mr. Akira = Winter Sonata. Yep, that’s true Ramlee! Gurmit Singh is totally different in this movie. HOT. Hehehe.
9. Excellent script writing (Afdlin, Chrisoro and everyone involved)
10. Varieties of emotion were in the movie: Fighting spirit, Love, Friendship, Teamwork, Honesty, Satisfaction, Pride. Yes, this movie is very honest.

People..people..people.. if you think Buli & Buli Balik were hilarious, watch Sumolah. When I laughed watching Sumolah, I really laughed out loud as if I was alone(!) in the cinema. Not because I am a ~big~ fan of Afdlin that made me give a total positive comment, because the movie is really good.

Another movie coming up. Los Dan Faun. Afdlin Shauki, best director in the making. (Terlalu memuji kah aku ini?)

I really can’t wait to congratulate Afdlin in person, next week. My 20th May @ 3pm is booked. Fullstop.

Another 2 days to go for the premiere of Sumolah movie. Woohoo. The long awaited movie since early this year. Yes! I will watch the premier show!

On the other hand, a few of the Sumolah cast will come to Brunei as a part of their roadshow. Afdlin Shauki, Awie and Patrick Teoh will make their appearance on the 20th May 2007 (Sunday) at the Mall Cineplex Gadong, 3pm!! To all big Afdlin big fans, mark your calendar now! This May is a krazie movie month. Spidey 3 made their world premiere on 3rd, Sumolah this 10th, Pirates Of The Carribean on the 24th and Shrek 3 this upcoming 31st. Wah. What else? What’s on 17th? Oh the WTISD, not a movie. Hehe..

I personally wanna meet Afdlin and Patrick. Dato’ Michael Soft. Hahaha.. Oh I love that Buli and Buli Balik movie.

If you love Will Ferrell, you will at least like this movie.

One lonely Sunday. No one to go out with. Boyfriend? What’s that?

Left home exactly at 1400 hrs. Drove to Pantai Muara and Pantai Serasa. Then to Bandar. Bolkiah played the boring movies. Borneo didnt answer my calls. So be it. Left Bandar around 1455 hrs and headed towards Empire.

Booked a seat for myself for the Stranger Than Fiction movie. I didnt even know the plot. Because it’s Will Ferrell (and Emma Thompson), antam saja chia. It wasn’t a bad movie. Though I watched it all alone. Maybe I would do this again some other time. Go to cinemas all by myself.

Being alone is not a sin. It’s also nothing to be ashamed of. Instead, be proud of it..because you survived alone in this strange world. Being alone, you get to do whatever you wish to do. I finally figured out that in the end, I end up being alone. Boyfriend? Once again, what’s that? I love my car. It drove me anywhere I want to. If only there’s a drive in cinema, I’d make a date with my car and make sweet love with it after that. lol.

Im home. I still feel lonely. Where’s my life?
